Clownfish or anemonefish are a subfamily of damselfishes. When I see these anemonefish, I think "Nemo!" but actually there are so many types that I've forgotten which type Nemo really was.
During one dive, we met a feisty little clownfish who not only did a face-off with us, but also proceeded to stalk my husband so intently that it went beyond its 'comfort boundaries'. For a moment, it couldn't find its way back. It would dive into an anemone patch, discover it wasn't home, and then dart about in a panicky sort of way. It found its way home eventually though.
