Whale Sharks
Snorkelling with these whalesharks is one experience that will stay with you for the rest of your life. There is no word to describe my emotions as I finned above them, taking in their sheer size, their movements, and just marvelling at them.

Oh, it was damn tiring though. One flick of this fler's tail is slow, gentle and easy, but above him, us tiny humans are frantically finning to keep up. Keep up with the tail, that is.
Grey Reef Sharks
A Gang of the many Grey Reef Sharks that inhabit the waters of Maldives.

This grey reef shark had a Juvenile Golden Trevally acting as a pilot fish. I don't think it was an actual pilot fish though, due to its colouration.

White Tip Reef Shark
This shark has a much leaner body then the Grey Reef Shark and aren't as mean, although they still leer at you with a cold cold look.

Another two types of sharks. You don't actually have to go diving to see these - you can see them at 1m if you just snorkel at the house reefs! But they leave you alone, so forget about what you've seen in the movies. Don't scared.
